Miss Utah’s Teen 2024 Results in Review

Kira Gardner, of Lehi, was crowned Miss Utah’s Teen on Saturday, February 17, 2024 and awarded a $5,000 scholarship at the Covey Center for the Arts in Provo.

Over the next year, Kira will share her Community Service Initiative, “H.O.P.E. Through the Arts,” across the state. She will also represent Utah at the Miss America’s Teen Competition in January 2025.

Kira also received the Overall Interview Award and a $300 scholarship, the 11th Grade Scholastic Achievement Award and a $500 scholarship, and she was named as a finalist for the Teens in Action Award. Along with her $5,800 in cash scholarships and the title of Miss Utah’s Teen, Kira also received a two-year, full tuition waiver to Utah Tech University and will receive multiple in-kind donations and services from the proud sponsors of the Miss Utah’s Teen Competition.

  • First Runner-up: Hadley Marshall, of Cedar Hills, received a $2,000 scholarship, the 12th Grade Scholastic Achievement Award and a $500 scholarship, the Overall Vocalist Award and a $300 scholarship, the 4 Points Award and a $1,000 scholarship, and 1st runner-up to the Teens in Action Award.
  • Second Runner-up: Desiree McKinnon, of Lehi, received a $1,800 scholarship; a Preliminary Talent Award and a $250 scholarship, a Preliminary Evening Gown Award and a $200 scholarship, and the Overall Evening Gown Award and a $300 scholarship.
  • Third Runner-up: Cambrie Peterson, of Salem, received a $1,500 scholarship, The Teens in Action Award and a $500 scholarship, and 1st runner-up to the 11th Grade Scholastic Achievement Award.
  • Fourth Runner-up: Nicole Jacobsen, of Cedar City, received a $1,200 scholarship, a Preliminary Talent Award and a $250 scholarship, and the Overall Health & Fitness Award and a $300 scholarship.
