Miss Utah Organization Announces Competition Week Schedule Leading up to Crowning of Miss Utah 2019

The Miss Utah Organization is anticipating its competition week, which begins on Monday, June 10, 2019, in Salt Lake City. After the candidates have checked-in and attended orientation, they will head to The Shops at Riverwoods to kick off the week with the annual Show Us Your Shoes Parade. The event is free to the public and begins at 6 p.m.
 
The rest of the public events for the week are as follows:
  • Wednesday, June 12: Preliminary Competition Night 1 – 7 p.m. George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Theater, hosted by Miss Utah 2014, Karlie Major Arave
  • Thursday, June 13: Preliminary Competition Night 2 – 7 p.m. George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Theater, hosted by Miss Utah 1985, Gina Larsen Du Pre
  • Friday, June 14: Preliminary Competition Night 3 – 7 p.m. George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Theater, hosted by Miss Utah 2012, Kara Arnold Applegate
  • Saturday, June 15: Farewell Breakfast for Jesse Craig – 10 a.m. Hotel RL (Ticket sales close June 11, 2019)
  • Saturday, June 15: Final Competition Night – 7 p.m. George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Theater, hosted by Shawn Mortensen 

On Saturday, June 15, 2019, twelve finalists will compete for the title of Miss Utah 2019. The public can help select the 12th finalist by voting for People’s Choice, which closes on Thursday, June 13, 2019, at 10 p.m. MT.
